My first one shot. The story is based on a song called "Moonlight Shadow" And the lyrics are floating around in the story. The fic explains the story of the song in YYH form sorta.
Also, Yukina is inlove with Hiei, i mean hey she doesn't he's her brother.

He was caught in the middle of a desperate fight

"Hiei stop it your attracting too much attention!" Yukina whispered. "Its alright really it is, lets go."
Hiei ignored her. "Don't you ever talk that way to her again" People were gathering slowly, forming around Hiei and two other men who made the mistake getting on his bad side. One stood tough towering over Hiei, which didn't intimidate Hiei in the least. The crowd was obnoxious, trying to provoke the fight, by shouting. The taller man smirked. "Well tough guy?" He said pushing Hiei back, and that was it Hiei bounced back punching the man in the face leaving the other to watch as his friend began take a beating.
The crowd roared as the two went at it pushing Yukina further and further back.
"Hiei!" Yukina shouted. "Stop it your going to get in trouble!" She tried to call through the screaming crowd, being pushed and knocked around, she only saw very little of what was going on. "Hiei please!" It was no use, even if she did push against the crowd she couldnt reach him.
The second man watched horrified. He reached into his pocket, and pulled out a gun, pointing it at Hiei. One, two, three, four, five, six shots where fired.

All she saw was a silhouette of a gun
Far away on the other side.
He was shot six times by a man on the run
And she couldnt find how to push through"
The crowd scattered, people ran screaming. Hiei hit the floor, his back full of bullet holes. Yukina clasped her hands over her mouth and screamed as gunman took off not even looking back. She shut her eyes before they could leak tears and fell to her knee's, she couldnt fight those tears, they hit the ground as gems.

Slowly Yukina stopped crying, feeling almost relieved she looked up her eyes red and still welled with tears, for a moment she could have sworn she saw Hiei standing over her, his hand caressed her cheek, he smiled and faded. She rubbed her eyes and looked around.
"Four AM in the morning

I watched your vision forming

Star was light in a silvery night

Yukina crawled over to Hiei's body, gently she flipped him into her arms and burried her face into his chest.
"I stay
I pray
I see you in heaven far away

I'll see you in heaven one day."
The faint sound of a siren grew louder and louder. A police man walked to her and put his hand on her shoulder. He gave her a sympathetic look and lead her away from Hiei. She looked back one last time. "i'll see you in heaven one day." She whispered.
