She silently crept outside. She was wearing a hoodie and jeans with black combat boots. She made her way to the cliff that was overlooking the sea. She sat near the edge of it.
She sighed sadly. Nothing had been the same since Kyle had been killed in the accident. He had gone diving with some cousins when suddenly somehow the oxygen supply ran out. She had cried and mourned for weeks and months. She had recently moved to Forks with hopes of starting a new life.
She stared at the moon and stars. There were so many she couldn't seem to count them all. She got up and took a step forward and looked down.
The water and waves looked so inviting.
Beckoning her to them.
She sighed again.
She suddenly heard a shout. "Wait!Don't jump!" She frowned and turned around.
A young, tanned guy came running towards her. "Don't jump!" he cried.
She walked towards him. "What do you mean? I'm not doing anything," she said.
"What? But you were at the edge of the cliff. That's dangerous."
"I was not going to jump. Although it would be a good way to end my sorrows," she replied.
She felt strangely attracted to him.
As he approached her, she got a better look at him.
He was HOT.
She shook her head, remembering Kyle. He had loved her more than anything. He was loving, caring, generous and romantic.
"Who are you?" she asked.
"Jacob. Jacob Black. You?"
"Angel."
He too felt strangely attracted to her.
She was a beauty.
Long black hair and eyes.
He suddenly remembered what Sam had told them about imprinting.
HE HAD JUST IMPRINTED!
