Short little drabble about the Stuart Trio.

Enjoy :)

"I hate you, Julian," Logan grumbled out, running his fingers through his tangled, slightly damp, and sandy blond hair.

"Watch the attitude, Lo," Julian bit back. "It's not my fault I ran into you! You didn't have to fall!"

"I did not fall! I'm too graceful for that."

Derek, who had remained silent since the debacle back on the beach, let out a snort as he dropped his head, his shoulders shaking with suppressed chuckles.

"Oh yeah? What's so funny, Der?" Logan questioned, sticking out an arm to ram into Derek side. "I recall you tripping in the sand a few times."

"There's a difference between falling and tripping, Lo," he finished with a shove back at Logan.

Logan's eyes grew wide as he stuck his arms out, successfully stopping both of the boys on his side. He turned slowly towards Derek. "You were the one who did it? You scared Julian, didn't you? That's why he pushed me!"

Julian, agreeing with Logan's sudden revelation, too turned to Derek. "You purposely scared me, Der?" he questioned, pulling his bottom lip between his teeth as he faked being hurt. "Why would you do that? I though we were friends?" he sniffed, his eyes watering in part from his acting skill, and in part from trying so hard not to laugh.

Derek's eyes filled with worry. "Shit, Jules! I'm sorry! I didn't think you'd take it serious like this."

Deciding to play along with Julian's stunt, Logan narrowed his eyes, the soft green that was usually in place turned hard and intimidating, his arms crossing in front of his chest. "I can't believe you'd do something like this, Derek. I knew you could be an ass, but this..." he trailed off, shaking his head as he uncrossed his arms to wrap one around Julian. "Come on, Jules."

Julian flushed under Logan's arm, almost breaking character to move in closer to the boy, but he stood strong, the tears filling his eyes again as he sniffled. "I thought he was different."

Standing behind the two with a dumbstruck look across his face, Derek began to sputter. "What the hell? It was a joke! I had to do it! I wasn't trying to scare you," he gestured to Julian. "I was trying to scare him! Logan was acting like the haughty taught-y princess that he is!" From up ahead, Logan froze. "Oh shit," Derek gulped out.

"Princess, eh?" Logan sauntered up to Derek. "I'll show you just how much of a royal ass I can be."

Julian suppressed a chuckle as Derek gulped visibly. "W-what are you gonna do, Logan?" Derek shook out.

Logan smirked as he bent down a bit, ramming forward to bend Derek over his shoulder. "I think it's time you went for a swim, eh Der?" he chuckled, standing up straight as he moved his way back to the dock.

Julian followed after the two, his facade breaking as Derek began to kick and scream, looking quite like a child who didn't want to go to bed.

"Logan! Put me down!" Derek demanded?

"Down?" Logan asked and he moved to a standstill. "Alright."

"No not her-" Derek tried to call out, but was muffled by the splash of water around him.

Logan stepped back to avoid the splash as Julian moved to his side.

"Get me out of here!" Derek cried out, slapping his hands down against the water.

"Oh, look at this. Who's being the princess now?" Logan chuckled, dodging the stream of water Derek sent his way.

Julian moved up to Logan again, turning to face the smiling blond. "You do know I pushed you in intentionally, right? He didn't scare me."

"Of course," Logan responded, smiling. "I just found it funny that he though he could scare me by clapping his hands."
