Draco Malfoy and the Zoo

Disclaimer: I don't own Harry Potter.

"Draco, would you like to see real dragons?" asked Lucius Malfoy, smiling at his little seven-year-old son. The man wasn't busy today, so he wanted to spend some time with his only child. Lucius absolutely adored little Draco, and couldn't help but spoil him a little.

"Yes, I'd love to!" screamed Draco and gave his dad a warm hug. Draco really looked up to his father, and wanted to make him proud in whatever way possible. He thought that his dad was the best wizard ever, and couldn't wait until he started learning magic himself. Lucius chuckled a bit, feeling happy about his son's enthusiasm.

"We are going to visit a magical zoo. They have two dragons there," he explained to his overeager son. After a few minutes of preparation, they finally started their journey.

"Wow, they're so cool! Dad, can I touch them?" asked Draco with a lot of excitement in his squeaky voice. They were standing a few metres outside of the cage containing two enormous dragons.

"Sure thing, Draco, let's get you inside!" said Lucius, and took Lil Draco in his strong arms. He walked closer to the cage and threw his son inside, as he was still small enough to fit between the bars. Draco was very happy and excited for a while, at least until the dragons noticed him. One of the dragons, the one standing closer to Lucius's son, ate Draco and smiled happily.

"Lucius? What have you done?" screamed Severus Snape, who was walking close by. His face was filled with rage at the person who killed his godson. His wand was directed at Lucius's heart.

"Oh? Sorry, I was under the influence of the Imperius," responded Lucius, his face calm and composed.

"Oh, that's okay then, want to grab a coffee?" asked Severus, clearly calmed down now that he got his answer.

"Sure, let's go," said Lucius and the pair walked away from the cage, talking about today's weather conditions.
