Long, black hair, playful brown eyes, and a wicked little smile.

She has a wicked sense of humor, too, but all is forgotten when that smirk comes up on her lips.

Her infamous wicked little smile.

Little being the key word here (if you exclude "wicked" and "smile"). She is a Yamani, after all.

Yet it's still wicked, and it's still a smile, and it makes my heart leap into my throat.

It's different this time. It's not like those silly little crushed I had as a page (alright, and squire) on random beauties I saw at the Midwinter celebrations. I could never honestly call Yuki stunning, exactly, (but she still keeps that fan, so don't tell her I said that), but she has this sort of charismatic, charming personality that more than makes up for it.

And she has that wicked little smile.

It taunts me. Day after day, I see her, making snarky comments, her brow cocked, her lips curled up in a small grin.

It's frustrating, seeing her lips, watching them, making comments that I can't help but laugh at, forming that wicked little smile, and I know I can't have her.

It's subtle, but it's there. I don't know whether others notice it, for as a Yamani, she tries to hide it. But, every day, without fail, she'll make at least one comment, just enough sarcasm in it to let me know what she's really talking about, her eyebrow raised the slightest amount possible (probably subconsciously), and her smile, seemingly innocent, wicked to me.

I see the truth in her eyes.

And, of course, her wicked little smile.
