Chapter 1: Why is she/he so unreachable?
Adrien was thinking so hard, that he thought that his head would explode. You would wonder where he was thinking about so hard? Well, it is the only thing that matters for him: Ladybug. Ladybug, or Bugaboo, like he calls her, is his crush. Yes, who has a crush on a superhero? This model! He does not know much about her besides that she is sweet, smart and creative.
He finds it so unfair! Only, if she could meet the real Adrien "the model" Agreste! His kwami, Plagg, does not understand why his holder let himself suffer so much. Plagg knows what love is: each time he sees a piece of camenbert, he feels his heart melt like melted cheese. And then there is Tikki, his Sugarcube, but she is so unreachable too! He can't go to the holder of the Ladybug earrings and say: I want to spend time with the kwami of creation. Actually, he could, but Adrien would never forgive him for not telling who Ladybug is.
Adrien thinks about a plan to "meet" Ladybug. Maybe she has to "save" me. No, that is not a good idea, Master Fu would kill me. I can't write her a letter, because I don't know her address. I have to think about something where "Chat Noir" arranges a date between "Adrien" and 'Ladybug". Even homework is not so hard like this!
Marinette stares like a lovestruck puppy at her screensaver with Adrien on. She is about to cry: she tried everything to talk to Adrien. Letters, no that didn't work. Talking to him: not a chance. Acting in a clip about Ladybug and Chat Noir, nope. NOTHING!
Does he even know who I really am? If I only could talk to me like when I am Ladybug: more confident, more funny and more beautiful. If I was prettier, he would see me... And I can't ask him out like Ladybug, that would be irresponsible. Tikki, her kwami, looked in a worried way at her holder. Why doesn't she see that she is beautiful like she is?
If Marinette only could act like Plagg when he is around her. He does not care about stress or others. At least not much. I see him like a sweet kwami, if he is around me. He wants to show me that he is though, but he fails, like always. He is so kawaii. Luckly, Marinette could not see her blush.
Adrien had enough: he transformed into our beloved black chat superhero. Maybe I can ask someone for advise? But who? Chloe, not that he didn't trust her, but she does not understand much about love. Nino? Maybe, but he is too lovestruck with Alya. MARINETTE, of course! Hopefully she is home, because I need to talk to her! And when I am here, I can eat a delicous croissant or a macaron! A win-win situation!
Marinette hears a knock on her window. She asks Tikki to hide and she opens the window. And there he was: Chat Noir. Chat Noir, why are you here at my window? Y-You don't want to propose like Remeo in Romeo and Julia, I hope. What am I saying?! Um, no Princess. I just wanted to talk to you and I trust you so... What is the problem Chat? Well, you see...
How will this continue? Will they both find a way to tell eachother what they feel?
