A/N: Well….as unsuccessful as my last monologue was, I wrote another! This is from Johnny's POV about his parents and how awkward it can get when he introduces Jimmy to them.
PLEASE REVIEW! IM SO SERIOUS! It drives me nuts because I want to know what I'm doing right/wrong!
Disclaimer: Blah fucking blah…don't own AI….or the first line of my disclaimer…
I bet they're fighting again…I don't even know what over. Welcome to my house…
I usually don't come home, only for holidays and birthdays and shit. Mostly because I don't want to hear my parents argue. They'll argue about anything. Literally.
It's too hot in the house. They fight.
My mom thinks I look too skinny. They fight.
I told them my girlfriend broke up with me. They fight.
So of course when Mom hears there's someone new in my life, she calls me up and begs "Johnny, I never see you anymore. Bring your new girlfriend over and introduce us!"
Well, um…What my mom doesn't know is that it's no girl…It's Jimmy. Yeah. Great way for your parents to find out you're fucking a guy… So what does he do? Laughs in my face and tells me to bring him. He begs and begs until (after several um…bribes, mind you) I give in. Who cares about my parents? It's my life! So the next day, we're off to Jingletown.
We get to the house and the door opens. My mom's excited face just falls. Here was me, her pride and joy, on the front porch with another guy. I just smile. She calls my dad over. Great…nothing was worse than seeing my dad's face….no. What was worse was that inside was Will and Tunny, watching the whole thing and laughing. Because of course she just HAD to invite them too… Oh and to make it EVEN worse, they start to fight.
My mom starts freaking out. My dad just yells back, "He can fuck whoever he wants!" I'm blushing. Will's cracking up. Tunny has this awkward look on his face, like when you're over someone's house and their parents start screaming at them. Mom tries to argue that I can't possibly be gay, but Dad retaliates by bringing up those times when my cousins dressed me up as a girl when we were five. Will laughs harder. My face is like a fucking tomato. Jimmy's laughing hysterically. He turns to me and curtsies, calling me a girl. I punch him. Mom says it's normal for young boys to explore the opposite sex. Dad continues saying that's true, but it goes a bit too far when your 22 year old son is wearing skinny jeans and worships men who wear makeup.
I can't take it anymore…so finally, I grab onto Jimmy and attempt to drag him out, but he protests, still laughing his ass off. He's wondering why we're leaving so soon, he loves my parents. Great… With that, I just gave one final tug and walked out…
Never ever will I do that again…so embarrassing….
Well, now he knows why I left home in the first place…
A/N: Oh, Johnny Cakes XDD
We love youuuu
