I can't stop crying, my mom and daddy are gone. My brother Lott has gone to a factory somewhere; I'm not sure which one. He told me to hide in my room that it's not safe outside anymore, there are monsters. My parents always would tell me there weren't such things as monsters before bed, but there was. They took my parents from me, they were dead. I'm alone now and scared. The monsters make scary painful noises, like they fell and scraped their knees. Why was this happening? Did I do something bad? I just want my mommy and daddy back!
Oh no! A monster must have gotten into my house, I hear them walking up stairs! My closet, I will hide in my closet! Oh Lott, Lott please come home safe. I know we always fight and don't always get along. But I need you. Don't let the monster take you away too. Don't leave me alone forever. I'm so scared. Someone, help me, please! I tried my hardest not to move or make a sound in my hiding spot. They were in my room now. I can't see them through the crack of my closet doors. The footsteps stopped. I listened quietly until something in my closet fell on me, I yelped when it landed, the accident made quite a loud noise. No, no, don't get me… don't get me
I was blinded by my bedroom light; the monster opened my closet doors. I couldn't see is face and I didn't way to look, I run out of my hiding spot as fast as I could. But it grabbed me by my arm. It talks too? Monsters talk? "Take it easy, I'm not a Zombie. You're OK." It said to me. I finally got a look at its face. It's was a tall man, he wasn't really a monster. I would always try my best to be a big girl for my Mommy and Daddy. But this time it wasn't the same, He wasn't my parents and I was just a baby. I quickly ran into his arms and cried even more into his shoulder. I felt safer already. Maybe, just maybe, my parents sent him to save me from Heaven. I'm not sure, but just in case, Thank you Mommy and Daddy.
