Blood sinks deep into the soil as it dampens the earth readying the future grave,
maggots squirm around the rumpled weeds and into her opened eyes, glassed in eternal fear.
The worms slink into her pale blue skin as it slips apart and oozes puss and dribbles the rotten organs moulding into the mud.
Her heart remains protected although broken,
in the cage of ribs.
A snake black as death reaps the core of her soul like and apple.
All alone never found tears turned into as as the skull crumples with time...
