It was the first word I heard from you
And I knew I was sold
Hearing hello from you
Was like seeing an Angel
And you couldn't possibly understand
on how you changed my life.
To the world I was invisible
To you, I was your best friend
And there was no way I could ruin that
But somehow I did
I called you a mudblood
And You called me Snivelly
There would've been a me and you
If it wasn't for those Marauders
If it wasn't for that James Potter
If wasn't for the Sorting Hat
Who placed us into two different houses
Now I'm forced to say goodbye
As I turn left and you turn right.
