Read a fanfic and the idea came to mind.

It started strange, it wasn't planned. in fact I'm not even sure how it happened, but none of that is important. The only thing that is important is that it happened. Let me start from the beginning.

Hinata POV

I was doing my training to become strong so that I could impress him. I was covered in sweat, dirt and plain tired. Basically a mess. I had decided to give it a rest for the day. I took a look at my handy work, all of the training post had been in splinters. I was so wrapped up in my own thoughts that I only noticed his presence when he was about two feet away.

General POV

Hinata was mortified, she was a mess and Naruto was standing about two feet from her looking at her. Something was different about him thought. He seemed a bit nervous and flustered. Oddly enough his nervousness made Hinata feel less nervous.

"Is there something you want Naruto-kun." She said

"Well Hinata-chan, Sakura-chan told me something last week that I wanted to ask you about." He said.

"You can ask me anything Naruto-kun."

"Well it's just that," he said as he scratched the back of his head. "Sakura-chan said thatyoulikemeisittrue!" He blurted out the last part so Hinata couldn't understand what he said.

"Naruto-kun that was too fast. I couldn't understand what you said."

"Oh, sorry bout that." Naruto took a deep breath. "What I really wanted to ask you was, do you like me?" as Naruto said that he looked Hinata in the eye.

Hinata was shocked that Naruto had asked her that. A million thoughts flew through her mind. She was going to faint but some part of her was still conscious of the world around her and she saw Naruto's eye.

'I can't faint now Naruto-kun is waiting for an answer.' She thought.

Hinata fought her body to stay conscious.

"Naruto-kun," she said. "I do like you, I've always liked you and I always will love you!"

Hinata started taking deep breaths. It had taken more out of her to tell Naruto that than any mission she had ever had.

Naruto grabbed Hinata by the waist and stated to spin her around. Hinata gasped but started to giggle at Naruto's antics.

"I'm so happy that you said that Hinata-chan. would you like to go on a date with me?" Naruto said as he put her down.

"Yes Naruto-kun."

"Pick you up tonight at 7 then."

"Yes."

Naruto was about to run off and get ready for the date, when an idea came to his head. He turned around and faced Hinata.

"Hinata-chan now that were a couple can I kiss you."

"Yes you can Naruto-kun."

Naruto took a step closer until his body was about an inch away from Hinata's. Hinata looked into his eyes as he did the same. He placed his hand at the side of his face, then brought his face closer to hers. Hinata closed her eyes and entered a world of bliss as Naruto's lips met hers.

Naruto wanted to have some sense of control but when his lips touched Hinata's he nearly lost it. He was in heaven. It felt so good that he didn't want to stop. He began to deepen the kiss and Hinata followed suit.

The newly formed couple kissed for about a minutes but had to separate for much needed air. Naruto told Hinata that he would pick her up at 7 then left.

Hinata was left there thinking one thing. 'THAT WAS AMAZING!'
