It was a do nothing day in New Mouse City. Ben sat at his uncle s office. He sighed, because he had nothing to do. It had been like this for several weeks now. He looked up from his Benpad and looked at his uncle. He was just as bored as his nephew.
- Ugh, nothing happens. Geronimo sighed.
- Yeah I know, no news, no adventures, no fun.
Suddenly the silence was broken by Benjamin s best friend Pandora running into the office. Ben felt happy when he saw her. (Ben had a secretly crush on Pandora, but he is to afraid to tell her.)
-My hamster is gone, and I can t find him anywhere, she cried. Ben could see that she was about cry, because he saw tears in her eyes, and he decided to try to comfort her.
- Shh Pandora it s gonna be alright. Me and uncle Geronimo will find him. I promise, Ben whispered into Pandora s ear as he gently rubbed her back, in a try to comfort her.
- You really think so? Pandora sniffed as she wiped the remaining tears from her face. Benjamin nodded.
So the three went out to find Pandora s hamster.
SOME HOURS LATER.
Ben, Geronimo and Pandora had found her hamster, and now they were back at the office again. Pandora hugged her hamster close to her. Ben looked at them, disappointed, because he wanted to be the one that hugged Pandora. Then he decided to tell her how he felt.
- Pandora, I ve something to tell you, Ben said.
- Okay, shoot, she answered.
Alright here goes, Ben thought to himself.
- I love you Pandora, he managed to say.
- Really, I love you too. She answered happily, Ben nodded.
She got up to hug him. And from then their love started to blossom.
