Prompt - a stuffed unicorn

"Dammit!"

Cloud's fist struck the plexiglass window, frustration showing on his face as he cursed his luck for the hundredth time that morning. All he wanted was one stuffed unicorn, just one stupid, stinking plush unicorn so he could give it to Tifa as a gift. But after spending thirty gill on this blasted claw machine and wasting an hour of his time, it was beginning to look like he'd never win that damn stuffed animal.

Tifa huffed out an irritated sigh, her arms folded across her chest as she leaned against the wall.

Cloud looked at her and forced a smile on his face. "I'll get it this time. I promise."

"You said that over an hour ago, Cloud. I'm tired of standing here and I want to go home."

"Wait, just let me have one more go at it." He reached into his pocket and came out with a handful of fuzzballs and candy wrappers. He stared at them for a minute before asking her if he could borrow some money for the machine.

She threw her hands up in the air. "You are useless! I don't know why I agreed to go out with you in the first place." She was just about to walk away when a figure emerged from the shadows and walked over to them.

It was Sephiroth, his jacket billowing out behind him as he walked. He approached the machine, studying it carefully before raising his fist and striking the center of the plexiglass window. The machine rattled, and the stuffed unicorn tumbled down the side of the mountain of toys.

Cloud and Tifa stared at him with their mouths open in shock, watching as he reached into the prize slot and plucked out the stuffed unicorn.

"How did he do that?" asked Cloud.

"He's Sephiroth," Tifa replied. "You expect anything less from Shinra's top soldier?"

But instead of giving the toy to Tifa, Sephiroth handed the unicorn to Cloud. "For you," he said, a smirk creasing the corners of his lips. He winked at Cloud then turned and walked away, leaving the young man standing there with a confused look on his face.
