See You in Cardiff

AN: Discovered Australia is getting Torchwood after all, so as a celebration decided to post this rather than leave it sitting in my notebook…like everything else. Oh, and no spoilers, except pretend Rose was able to hang on at the end of Doomsday.
AAN: (Another Author's Note) I swear my notes are longer than the drabble itself…I'll stop now.
Jack had rushed out of the Hub the second he heard the familiar sound of the TARDIS engines and was waiting outside when it materialised.
The doors opened, and the Doctor and Rose walked out to greet him enthusiastically.
Not as enthusiastically as the former Time Agent would have liked, but you can't have everything.
The Doctor looked around at the landmarks and groaned. "Cardiff! Again! Why is it always Cardiff?" He started rambling about blue ghosts while his friends ignored him til he realised and stopped.
He suddenly grinned. "Well, I suppose you did say 'See you in Hell'."
