A Day in the Life of me
10/19/10
Hi and welcome to a day in the life of me. Sorry if this cancels out older and younger kids. My name is Juliet and I go to middle school. I have been going to that school since last year. So here is what happened:
When I got to school I saw my friends walking to the band room so I followed behind. So the band room was not open so we sat outside by the door, waiting. I didn't get to put my instrument away in the band room in the morning. Then came first period for Amelia and me.
Oh right, sorry. Amelia is my friend. She is my friend but sadly I have her for only 2 of my 6 classes. She is always there for me and I will always be there for her. Amelia and I are like legal guardians to each other. We share pretty much anything that comes to mind.
Oh off topic. I was in first period and I had p.e. I had to play (flag) football. I actually grabbed somebody's flag and I got so excited. The guy's name who I took the flag is DEETER.
Now on to second period. My second period is band with Amelia and we both play the clarinet. She sounds better than me. That is why she got second chair. She is very talented on the clarinet.
Now third period. My third period is English with Ms. Fatcher. She helps me a lot but I seem like the boys that sit around me happen to have a crush on her. She is very descriptive of what we are supposed to be learning.
So now you know 3 of my periods. You are going to experience the other half after lunch.
So at lunch I just eat, hang with my friends like Amelia and George Lopez. George Lopez is my short little buddy.
Okay. Now 4th period. I have science for 4th and let me tell you, it's really weird in there. Today my friend had some clay and he was molding it and it looked just like the teacher. Then we just took notes and I talked with my friends at the end of the class.
Then 5th period. In 5th period now I don't need to carry my textbook. That thing was heavy. So today I learned that historic events should stay historic.
And now my 6th period class. I had a substitute for the class today and he was pretty cool. He did magic tricks. He did one where my friend picked a card and then she put it back in and the teacher stood the deck straight up against a cup and then her card just popped out. Then he needed two volunteers and I was one. So he told me to open an envelope when my friend grabbed a card and her card was the 5 of diamonds and I opened the envelope and then a piece a paper had the 5 of diamonds written on it. It was freaky, but I lived through it.
So now you have been through a day in the life of me and trust me, it is really hard being me.
