Raven sighed. She stared at him. The guy she loved with all her heart, even though he loved someone else. Or did he? Raven groaned.
"No. he's off limits. He's my friend" She told herself firmly. I cant feel for him. Raven stared at the girl. Tall, pretty, long hair, wide eyes. Everything Raven…..wasn't. Everything Raven wanted to be.
The girl giggled. Raven grew furious. She thinks she's so cute! She thought angrily. A light bulb burst. Raven stood up and walked to her room.
She threw herself onto her bed. "He drives me insane with his good looks." She muttered. She breathed in. "No. I must NOT love him. No matter how much I want to, I just cant"
Raven thought of the girl. "She's always around. She always gets saved by him. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS" She yelled furiously. her books rose up and smashed into the wall. Raven groaned. "Must. Control. my. Emotions" She muttered through gritted teeth.
There was a knock on the door. She ignored it. Another knock. Then another. "What" Raven said coldly. She cringed. It was……her. The girl who got everything she wanted. "Rae, are you ok" She asked timidly. Raven muttered something very rude. "What was that?" The girl called out.
Raven rolled her eyes. "Go away" She moaned. She buried her head in her pillow. She heard the girl sigh. "O, OK" She murmured. She walked off. Raven sighed. "what is WRONG with me?" She stressed.
"She's my friend. Even though the man I love has her, she's still my friend." Raven stood up. She thought back to what she had said before. "of COURSE she's always around. She's on the team." She whispered. "Do'h" She walked out of her room and into the kitchen.
I must tell him. He might reject me, but at least he knows, She thought. She nodded. But first, some tea is in order. She made her tea and sat down at the table.
She took a few sips, staring at the girl and the boy. She sighed. She watched them run around gleefully, trying to catch one another. "If only I could have that kind of joy" She whispered, tears welling up in her eyes.
She brushed them away. "No. do NOT think like that." She scolded. She continued to watch, taking sips from her tea. After a while, the girl gave him a peck on the cheek and walked out of the tower.
Raven sighed. "Here goes" She muttered. She saw him walk to his room and she followed. He walked in. Raven waited a few seconds. Then, gathering up her courage, She knocked on his door.
He opened it and stood in the doorway, his body leaning against the frame. Raven blushed. He wasn't wearing a t-shirt. She swallowed hard.
She stared at the floor for a moment then looked up.
"Th-theres something I-I need to-to tel-tell you" She whispered. He nodded and gestured inside. Here goes. I'm about to tell him I love him, She thought. She swallowed again and walked into BeastBoy's room. The door closed shut behind her.
