Bella and Edward decide to take Renesmee on the vacation of a lifetime.

Edward and I are taking our daughter Renesmee on a vacation to Hawaii. We discussed this a while ago. Yes, she is only twelve years old, but we thought it was a great time to go. We only went once for our first anniversary, and we know she would like it there. I was going through the dresser when I came across our little umbrellas from the first time we had our Hawaiian drinks. Yes, I do remember that, that's one thing I remember clearly besides Edward going scuba diving. As I was going to take it out it broke. DAMN IT,well we will get another one when we get there. I stood up and walked over to take out luggage, when I looked up and saw Nessie standing in the doorway with a little water pistol in her hand.
"No, Nessie - you can't bring that with you," I said putting my swimsuit in the luggage.
"Please Mommy, it's only a toy," she whined as she walked into our room.
She walked to our bed and started to pout, so I stopped putting clothes in the suitcases and sat next to her.
"Sweetie, they will think it is a real gun, and I don't have time to sit here with you - when dad gets home we have to be ready because we have to be at the airport around seven fifteen tonight," I got up and finished packing.
She sat there watching me pack. I was glad she didn't give me the lip. I looked up at her and smiled, and she returned a little smile back .
Nine o'clock the next day we arrived at Maui international airport. As we walked out of the airport, I smelled the saltwater air. It wasn't too hot that day. Edward took her hand while I waited for our luggage. While I was waiting for it they went to look outside.
Once I had our luggage we walked to our hotel room. I am glad it wasn't far from the airport. I could see that Renesmee was excited to be here. Once we arrived at our room, we got settled in - Edward went to get our drinks and Nessie a bottle of water. We don't allow her to drink soda. While he was getting us something to drink, Nessie and I sat on one bed.
We decided to just get a bite to eat and let Nessie play in the pool until it was time to get dinner. Edward went into the pool while I sat on the lounge chair getting some vitamin D. The next thing I knew I fell asleep in the sun. I could hear them both having fun in the pool. I am a beach girl. I love the beach.
The next morning, we all woke up early and went to the lobby for our free breakfast - then we took her to the beach for a little while since there was nothing for her to do right now. I am also glad that I brought a camera with me. So when she gets older she can look back and remember our vacation. I am the one who took most of the pictures.
After that afternoon we walked along the boardwalk and saw how she was having such a good time. While Nessie was going on the rides Edward and I had our drinks with the little umbrellas.
I wanted to make our vacation fun and make it the best for her-so we only drank very little. Not that she will tell her friends that my mom and dad got drunk and went back to our room and passed out; we aren't like that, like other parents . I love her and I want her to have fun.
She asked her daddy if he would go scuba diving this time. He told her no - that was once in a lifetime. We all laughed our behinds off. I love our time together as a family.
