AN: This is from my OC Contest. The winner isn't in the story yet, since the story is pretty much about finding her.
Bella's POV:
I was sitting on the loveseat, snuggling up with Edward. We were enjoying the quiet, and each others presence. That is until Emmett ran in and jumped on the sofa, turning on the television. I heard Edward growl under his breath.
"Really Emmett?" He growled at him.
"Yes, Edward. I want to watch the game!" Emmett retorted.
"It's OK Edward. I need to go check on Renesmee anyway." I told him.
"Alright." He said, still slightly irritated with Emmett for interrupting our quiet time together.
I stood up, and ran down to the cottage, where Nessie was with Jacob. I had finally gotten used to the nickname Nessie, and actually kind of liked it now.
I walked in, and heard Jacob and Nessie laughing together.
"Hey guys." I said.
"Hey Bells. Hey, um, Charlie called earlier." Jacob said. "He said he wanted to come over. Had something to tell, you. Wants you to call him back as soon as you can."
"Oh, OK I will. Thanks Jake."
"Sure, sure."\
I walked over to the phone, and dialed Charlie's number.
Ring, Ring…
"Hello."
"Hey dad, it's Bella."
"Oh, hey Bells. What's up?"
"Jake said you called?"
"Oh, right. I just have something that I really need to tell you."
"OK, what is it?"
"Well, I'd rather tell you in person instead of over the phone."
"Oh, OK. Do you want to come over here, or should I come over there? Or do you just want to meet somewhere?"
"Could I come over there and tell you? I think the rest of the Cullen's should know."
"Sure, just give us about two hours and then come over."
"Sure. I'll see you then."
"Bye dad."
"Bye Bells."
I then hung up the phone. I said goodbye to Jacob and Nessie, then ran back over to the house.
As soon as I walked in, Edward was by my side.
"Charlie wants to come over. He said he has something important to tell me."
"We'll why aren't you just going over to meet him somewhere?"
"He says he thinks we all need to know."
"Alice…" He said under his breath.
She was there with us in a second.
"Run to the drugstore and get some contacts for Bella. Charlie is coming for a visit." Edward told her.
"Sure thing. When is he going to be here?" Alice questioned.
"He's coming in about two hours. That should give you enough time to get to the drugstore and back. Then give me a makeover to make me look human." I mentally slapped myself. I had just given Alice permission to give me a makeover. Crap.
"Yes! Thank you Bella!"
"Sure. Just hurry."
What did you think? I know it's short, but I'm super tired, and only got like two hours of sleep last night. But I promise I will try to make the next chapter a lot better.
