This is my first NCIS fic! It's kind of Tateish.
It's just a One-shot! The idea popped up in my head and well here we are....

Kate slammed her clothes into her suitcase and pushed back Tong to get back to her wardrobe to retrieve more of her clothes.
"Kate, honey I'm sorry please can we talk about this?" Tony said trying to stop her
"Talk!? You want to talk? Why didn't you do that before you decided to jump into bed with some tart!" Kate choked out some tears
"Katie Please I'll do anything you ask just don't go"
"Don't you dare all me that!"
"Kate please" he stood right in front of her and grabbed a hold of her arms "I didn't mean to do it, it just happened I was drunk and a little bit angry"
"That's no excuse DiNozzo!" She tried to remove her arms from his grasp but failed
"I know, I know and I'm so sorry, it didn't mean anything" he begged her
"Too little too late Tony!" she pushed Tony away from her and went to her suitcase and zipped it up
"Well it didn't exactly help when you were flirting with that guy at the lawyers office did it?" Tony shouted
"Flirting!? Tony I was being polite! You know how hard it is to get a warrant for Gibbs is" She screamed back at him
"The way he was drooling all over you, he didn't seem to think you were being polite!"
"Everything has to be X – rated with you doesn't it? Why can't you just be nice & polite to people just foe the sake of things!"
She picked up her bag and started heading for the living room.
Tony sighed "Look I'm sorry I shouldn't have said all that"
"No you shouldn't have!"
"It's just that I didn't see it that way, maybe if I did I wouldn't have slept with that barmaid"
"Why don't we just have a break for a while? Let things cool off and see how things go?" Kate said looking at him. She loved Tony she really did, but what he did she didn't know if she could just forgive him like that.
"Does that mean were still together?" Tony mumbled
"Erm…yeah Tony so don't sleep with anyone else got it?" Kate looked at him
"Sure. I promise I won't" he promised
Kate picked up her bag and made her way to the door. She opened the door up and dragged her bag along with her.
"Oh and Kate" Tony said
"Yeah?" She poked her head around the door
"I love you" He whispered.
But she heard it and just nodded her head and closed the door. On the other side she leaned her head against the door and sighed.
Why did things between them have to be so complicated? Why couldn't they have a normal relationship? Why did Tony have to muck everything up?
She picked up her bag and headed for her brothers place for while.
