At night he holds her, plays with that loose strand of hair joyfully before tucking it behind her ear. Kisses her forehead just to see that smile adorn her face. Listen's to her quote books with a smile on his face, for as she finds joy in it, so does he.
Yet during the day her bushy hair annoys him – can't she tame it? And her smile, all buck-toothed and too wide, it irritates him quite considerably! And as for the quoting! Dear God it makes him wish he were deaf.
And so he wonders... is this love?
