Danger

A/N: This is set at the end of 3x22 and it's my take on what might happen when Root goes to stop Samaritan.
"Boys meet Samaritan" Root says looking towards the building she is going to infiltrate. The Boys take a step closer looking towards the building as well. The car for The Boys pulls up to the side of the road and waits for them to get in. "Good luck" Jason called as they watched Root get back into the truck, after shutting the doors, and driving off. The Boys quickly get out the sat phone from Casey's bag and call Shaw.
"Shaw it's Casey, Roots friend. She's just gone to stop Samaritan and she said she might not survive. I thought you should know as she never shuts up about you" Casey told her. "Thanks" Shaw says before hanging up the phone and turning to Reese. "I need to go, Root needs me" She tells him and drives off to where Casey told her to go. The Boys get into the provided car once Shaw gets there and leave, after pointing out the building to Shaw.
Shaw then drives to the building and finds the truck empty. She carefully and quietly sneaks into the building, making sure she doesn't get seen. Shaw finds a security guard, nocks him out and steals his uniform. She then heads in the direction opposite the where she came from. Eventually she found Root in the server room.
"What the hell were you thinking? Going in here alone and possibly getting yourself killed! You should have called me or Reese for back up! This mission is not worth your life! You're…" Shaw shouted angrily at Root as she walked in the room, who then cut Shaw off by kissing her roughly. "Shut up" Root mumbled when she pulled away, "Help me then if you're so worried". Root gives her a small smile before turning and walking around the corner to find the needed server. Shaw slowly followed her, surprised that Root had kissed her.
