I never knew that Max felt that way when she kissed my lips after that fight with Ari, when we were on the beach.
Why me?
Why not Iggy or Ari?
I mean obviously not Ari but...why not Iggy?
I mean of course I love her but this might ruin our friendship...right?
Well right now we just got information that were going to school!? Well at least were safe but when we realised that Ari was alive I suddenly got afraid.
I need to protect Max with my life even if it kills me.
I mean I will fight for her like Cato tried to fight for Clove after she died. I mean my Clato feelings are strong for that reason me and Max are like them the two star-crossed lovers that no one knew only instead of being from District Two we're from the Flock?
That seems about right I mean I have to tell her I love her even if it ruins our friendship she needs to know.
I walk down the stairs to see her in her school uniform she was damn gorgeous.
"Umm Max can we talk?" I ask
"Sure," she says in that sweet voice we go to the backyard.
"I-I um I l-l-love you," I say and go back inside knowing what i just did will change both of our lives...forever.
I walk away past the Flock who looked shocked, so I know they heard me. As I'm about to go into my room Max catches up with me and says...
