The music was loud.
I could see my friends, blurry though they were, dancing and have the time of their lives.
I blinked. Once, then twice. Hoping somehow it would all change.
That the heavy arm tossed carelessy over my shoulders would disappear.
That the music would stop.
That the blurriness would go away.
Instead, wet kisses slowly trailed down my neck and a hand slipped under my barely there top.
"C'mon," He slurred, the alcohol on his breath making my stomach twist painfully. "Let's go."
I slid off the bar stool, staggering a bit in my too-tall heels, and let him lead me out to the parking lot.
