I found this song off a video on YouTube called Stardust SiriusxRemus, if you want to watch it. The song is called Boats and Birds by Gregory and The Hawk. I know it's sang by a girl, but I really love this song.

Sirius sighed pleasantly, pulling the smaller body snuggled to his chest closer. A gentle breeze rustled the leaves of the tree he was propped up against as he watched the lake. He was sure that his boyfriend was asleep, but just to be safe he peeked a look down at the other boy.
Remus lay propped against his chest, his amber eyes closed, signaling that he was indeed asleep. His golden blonde hair fell over his face making his eye twitch and Sirius brushed them away gently, smiling when his boyfriend shifted slightly. Sirius began to hum softly, running his hands through the soft hair of the other boy.
"Siri?" He smiled at his love's groggy voice, "Yes love?" he answered, kissing Remus' nose as he turned to look at him.
"What song is that?" a blush spread over Sirius' cheeks, "You want me to sing it to you?" he teased smiling when Remus nodded.
