A/N Well, this is a new kind of story to me. I have never published a poem
on fanfiction, and originally this was written for my role-play character,
but then I changed the words around a bit and I got a new story.
I know I already did a story from a goddess's point of view, but it's so interesting! Also, I understand it's rather short, but it is my first poem. Have fun reading!
Please read and review!
(Begin Story)
Harken, yon warrior, now is the time
Sharpen thy sword, whet it fine!
Prepare yon steed, battle is near
Forget your doubts, worries and fear
Recall what I say when I have left
Wield your weapon will skill and deft
Beware of those who lie in wait
Servants of evil, cruelty and hate
Keep thy eyes keen as the sword
Rarely trust an enimies word.
Don't forget now, never turn your back
Or the breath of life you will soon lack.
Rise up, young warrior, wield thy blade
Destroy the evil, break what was made
For what lies ahead, we do not know...
Except what evil reaps is what they have sown.
A/N How did you like it? Maybe I will do more poems in the future. Tell me what you think, and constructive criticism is needed.
