Chapter 1
It was just another day at Rock Porium for Madison Rocca. It was around noon and she was organizing a new shipment of CDs, when her phone rings. "Hello?" she answers. "Madison, go to the storage room so we can talk", says a familiar voice. Madison heart stops, she knows that voice. Nick. She quickly made her way to the storage room and shuts the door. "Nick?" she says, shocked since she hasn't heard his for about three months. "Yeah Maddie it's me" he says, smiling at the sound of her beautiful voice. He had missed her terribly during the time he was away. "I can't believe it. I missed you", she says softly. "I missed you too. Come outside", he replies. "You're here, in Briarwood?" "I thought it was time too come back and get my blanket" he says I missed you too. Come outside", he replies. "You're here, in Briarwood?" "I thought it was time too come back and get my blanket" he replies, sending her heart leaping out of her body. She had always kept his blanket close, wrapping up in it at night and keeping it in her bag during the day. "I'll be right out" she says quickly. Closing the phone, she rushes out the door, grabs her bag, and yells at her sister, "Vida, I'm going out with some friends. I'll be back later." Vida who was at her turntables as usual replied, " Alright", a little shocked because Madison didn't normally go out with people other than Chip, Xander, and herself. And with that Maddie quickly made her way out of Rock Prorium, and to the man she's been waiting for ever since he rode out of Brairwood, three months ago.
