Alfred dialed rapidly on his phone and called up almost every single country on his contact list.

He was so excited! Today is his birthday, and what more could he want than a huge party that everyone must know about?

"Hey dude!" America began, "It's me, America! Wanna come over to my house tonight for my birthday party? You know you want to. Don't deny it, bro."

"You childish westerner!" China growled through the phone. Yao sighed and continued, "Fine, I'll come-aru." He said hanging up the phone immediately.

America crossed off, "YAO WANG - CHINA" off of his list of guests that he was going to call.

"Cool! I see that is everyone except..." He scrolled down to the bottom of the paper with his eyes.

ARTHUR KIRKLAND - ENGLAND

England has never come to any of America's birthdays. He always has an excuse like, "I'm busy," or, "You wouldn't want to eat the birthday cake I'll bring anyway you stupid git!"

America sighed and folded up his paper and stuck it inside his jacket pocket.

"That is everyone I guess." He shrugged pushing his phone away.

-Later at the party-

"Yeah bro! Dance the night away!" America cheered on Germany as he swung past the many countries spilling the mug of beer in his hands.

He smiled and noticed a flock of girls gossiping, as he strided over toward them.

"Hey babe, enjoying my party?" He said smoothly at one of the blondes turned around.

"As a matter of fact, honhonhon, I find it very intriguing." The blonde turned around revealing France in drag.

"What the hell, man?!" America panicked.

"You thought I was sexy didn't you, honhonhon? Reveal your true feeling, mi amore!" France lunged himself forward at America but suddenly, America felt someone grab the collar of his jacket and jerk him back away from France.

"Get out of here you bloody toad!" A familiar voice snapped. America turned around...

"Arthur?!" He blinked in astonishment, "What are you doing here?"

"Give me a moment, will you?" He raised his bushy eyebrows and marched over toward France, "Today is his birthday and I recommend that you not lust over him on this day. Every other day is fine though." He said shrugging nonchalantly. France smirked and sashayed away sassily.

"There." England said defiantly. America tip-toed over toward England carefully, "Hey man...what are you doing here?" He asked softly.

England turned around and gently rested his hands on America's shoulders, "I had to come you stupid git. You didn't call me to invite me." He chuckled.

"So, because of all the other times I did invite you decide not to come?" America asked with a little hint of irritation in his tone.

"No no no, it's not like that you idiot," England sighed, "You see...it's complicated." He said simply.

"I don't get it." America said bluntly.

"You don't have too." England blushed. England slowly reached in and kissed America's forehead. He leaned in even more and hugged him, nestling his face in his neck, "Happy birthday, brother." He whispered in his ear.
