Let The Ocarina Play

A poem about the songs you learn as a kid on ocarina. This includes the Song of Storms, however, and yes, I know that the Sun's Song can be learned both ways.

let the ocarina play,

it's sound so mellow and yet so gay.

the beautiful sound of Saria's song,

a reminder of the place you belong.

of songs Zelda's Lullaby is first,

it calms your nerves when times are worst.

from Zelda comes the Song of Time,

past to past, from yours to mine.

from the ranch of Lon Lon comes Epona's song,

for Epona, your horse, who lives with Malon.

with Song of Storms you'll summon the rain,

to save a village burning from flame.

Sun's Song turns night to day,

let the ocarina play.
