A/N: Another story for my younger sister…this one was a specific request though…I'm not a huge Takako fan, but apparently she is…and well, everybody deserves a happy ending(:

This is pretty short, but I think it's kind of sweet, and I really didn't have much to go off of, so please enjoy :)

As the wind blew across the yard of her friend Himeno's home, Takako couldn't help but close her eyes and marvel at the peace she had found. After being trapped as the Princess of Disaster for so long, it was a strange kind of comfort, this happiness was. Sometimes she wanted to turn back the clock, go back to a time when life was simple and she hadn't betrayed her friends. But then, his image always floated to mind. That serene smile, and those violet eyes, so full of feeling, served to remind her that everything happens for a reason. That while her heart had been broken, and though she had broken the trust of all of her friends and hurt countless people, she could be forgiven. That even she deserved her Happily Ever After. All she could do was marvel at her good fortune.

Just as her thoughts were turning towards her new and old friends, Himeno chose that moment to bring out the tea. Takako was still amazed at how much her friend had changed. She had grown up into a beautiful young woman with a semi-even temperament. At the very least, she didn't go around breaking random bits of furniture in half unless Manen was over for a visit. Himeno just didn't seem to know what to do with him now that he was a teenager. The glow of motherhood seemed to match Himeno perfectly, and Takako found her self slightly envious of her younger friend. Then again, she liked having him all to herself, so she wasn't in too much of a rush to become a mother.

The conversation between Himeno and herself was fairly easy to follow, even in her semi-reflective state, and soon Takako found herself bidding her close friend good-bye and promising to visit again the next week. She didn't want to seem rude, but she was very eager to get home and see her love. Just thinking about it made a wide smile bloom on her face. It never took very long for her to start missing him.

As she walked up the stairs to her house the door opened, and the first thing she saw was a head of snow white hair. She immediately jumped into Sasame's arms, and he knew that she must have been over at Himeno's house. She always seemed to think more when she was over there. And she always seemed more affectionate when she came home after a day of reflection with Himeno. Which kind of made him wonder, exactly what did she think about on days like this…
