Jelly Sandwiches

Denmark sat on the couch in Norway's living room clicking through different television channels. The Norwegian was out for the day so Denmark had just decided to hang out at his house while he was gone. Denmark knew that Norway would be pissed by the fact that he was in his house without him being there, but Denmark didn't care. He had the spare key for a reason.

After the third time Denmark had gone through Norway's small selection of television channels he realized that there was nothing worth watching on. Denmark had gotten kind of hungry, so he got up and went into the Norwegian's kitchen to see if he had anything good to eat. Denmark found some bread in the breadbasket and some grape jelly in the refrigerator. Most people would think to make a sandwich or some toast with these ingredients, but not Denmark, the only words that went through his mind were "sticky" and "mess." Denmark rummaged around for a spoon or whatever would get the sticky jelly out of the jar. He found a used spoon in the sink and figured that would be good enough.

Denmark took a large scoop of jelly out of the jar and aimed it at Norway's refrigerator. With a nice splat, the jelly landed smack in the middle of the (used to be) clean, white fridge. Denmark grabbed the back of bread and pulled a slice of bread out. Denmark readied the bread and aimed it at the glob of jelly that was still stuck to the door of the refrigerator. He threw it and smirked when it stuck to the jelly perfectly.

A few spoonfuls of jelly and slices of bread later the Dane and kitchen were covered in the grape jelly and bread. Denmark was just putting the jelly back in the dirty fridge, smiling about how much fun he had just had whenever Norway opened the front door and stepped in.

Norway stared at Denmark with his usual stoic face. His eyes moved from the Dane to the kitchen and then back to the Dane. Denmark let out a nervous chuckle as he saw Norway's eyes change from blank to pure fury.

"I am going to go back outside and count to 100. By the time I am finished and come back inside, you had better hope my kitchen is spotless."
