I sat at the bar kicking my legs back and forth sipping my (favorite drink).
"So (y/n)-chan you see anyone you like?"
I nearly choked and stared at the albino behind me drying a mug.
"Mira! Nooo! All the guys here are too young or tool old." I whined.
Then the guild went silent. Silent?
'The guild silent, something must be up.' I thought.
"Laxus~ Fight me!"
I hear Natsu scream at a tall muscular blonde who had blue stormy eyes and a lightning bolt scar on his right eye.
'Who is he?' I thought staring at the mysterious man.
Natsu charged at him, but he just electrocuted him knocking the pink haired dragon slayer out. He made his way to the bar and sat in the empty barstool next to me.
"Mira can I have some whiskey?" he questioned stretching his arms showing off his large muscles.
"Sure thing." Mira replied cheerily like usual
She gave him his drink and gave me a wink before attending to some other guild members.
"Oi, *hick* Laxus *hick* you should have a *hick* drinking contest with *hick* (y/n). Cana said very drunkly while putting a hand on Laxus and mine shoulders.
"Hmmm... I haven't seen you before." Laxus stated looking at me up and down. "Oh well. I'm in for a drinking contest." he continues.
Cana and Mira bing out barrels of beer and wine and sets them by us.
"Natsu! Gray! Quit surfing on the ba-" Erza started but was interrupted by a large clang.
"The worlds spinning." Gray and Natsu say laying on top of the barrels.
I giggle, "You bakas." I murmur.
I look at Laxus and smile at his smile. "You ready?" he asked tacking me out of my trance. I nod. "Alright."
-200 barrels of beer later-"*hick* I *hick* win *hick*" I yell with red cheeks.
"No *hick*." Laxus retaliates.
"Yeshh!" I slur. "No!" "Yeshh!" "No!"
We argued like this until master called Laxus to his office.
"Coming *hick*" he stumbles off his stool and falls on his face.
I giggle, "Nice going *hick* Mr. Tough guy *hick*."
"Shut it puny." he crawls up the stairs and into master's office.
I pick up my glass of wine and chug it hick-upping in the end.
"So do you like Laxus?" All the girls asked surrounding me.
"Hey that's my job!" Mira whined.
"Since when?" Evergreen asked annoyed.
"Okay." A dark aura surrounds Mirajane, "Satan Soul!" She said transforming into a demon. "Eee!" The girls yelled and ran out of the guild. Poof! A white cloud formed around Mira and she was back to normal. "Okay." she said patting her dress down. "Alright so do you like Mr. Laxus Dreyar?" she asked.
I laugh so hard I fell to the ground rolling around. "Me like Mr. Tough Guy! What are you talking about." I tried to lie through laughs. I finally got up and sat back down on the stool.
"You like him." she squealed "No!" I retaliate. "Yes" "No"
-30 minutes later-I got fed up. "FINE! I LIKE MR. TOUGH GUY!" I scream.
Mira stared at me surprised and started dancing. I face palmed and sigh. Then I hear a deep chuckle behind me.
"So you like me?" the blonde questioned turning me around with one hand on either side of me leaving me trapped.
"In your dreams tough guy." I say leaning in until I meet his lips.
"Eeee!" I hear Mira squeal and then see her faint out of the corner of my eyes. I pull away looking Laxus in the eyes.
"You know you're gonna have to take me on a date, right?"I questioned poking him in his chest. "Yeah, I know." He replied. "Good"
