My whole life I've never felt any safer then I have with my family being a whole. But that all change the summer my brother turned 18 and decided to join the army with his best friend. At first my whole family was horrified that we might lose him or something might happen to him. We were so happy when he came back whole again but after a few months of being home he decided to do another tour. Jack has always been trying to help others who were less fortunate then us. He would volunteer at different organizations and go on trips to build houses for those who didn't have. Him and Seth would always go together and have an amazing time. The two musketeers so when they both decided to go it wasn't a shock. Now after three years, three tours later they were going to be coming home. Finally.
"Abigail, Abby pass the ball". Soccers always been my game of choice. When I'm running I feel so free, always have. Looking up I see one of my teammates Katie standing right by the net. With. Clear shot I pass it to her and by my surprise she misses the pass. Okay I know some times she can get distracted easily but that was going right for her foot. Slowly I turn around and standing at the corner of the field I see my brother and Seth. As fast as I can I start running. They aren't supposed to be back till next week, well that's what my mom said this morning. This is the perfect surprise! Crashing into my brother hard and hugging him tightly I can finally feel safe again. My family's whole again. As I slowly let go of him I get picked up from behind and swung so fast I get dizzy.
