- Sansa has a genius twin who makes the north rich with his ideas and he is prejudiced against the south. He also blatantly works to spread this prejudice to everyone around him.
Arya adopts his prejudice the most because of the way her mother and sister acts and also because of her desire to mimic northern the warrior queens of the past.
- One of Robert's bastards, between Robb and Gendry's age, becomes famous for viciously protecting women for rape.

- The minds of the Starks from a modern time are forced into the minds of the Starks of canon a week before King Robert arrives.
How utterly medieval, this Westeros.
- Creatures of magic come back.
They were tall and beautiful. Godlike in their ways and apparently the north belongs them.
- Wolf blood is literal. Jon and Arya have wolf ears and a tail.
- Jon and Arya's relationship, although staying familial, is more co-dependent and slightly disturbing outwardly. ( If the two acted as their thoughts depicted of each other. )

- The north is known as a haven for bastards after Robert orders Ned to take all his bastards when he finds out about just how many he has.
- Ned declares that the north shall go back to the old ways before Aegon's Conquest.
Wherein the northern lords refuse to tolerate Catelyn and Sansa's Southron ways.
Arya and Jon are seen as Ned's greatest children. Robb, Bran, and Rickon's birthrights are at risk.
- Bran goes back in time before Jon Arynn dies and is considerable creepy and trolling everyone.

- Arya is betrothed to a wealthy Yi Tish merchant's son and given Moat Caitlin. This among other things, this makes the North the wealthiest kingdom in Planetos.
- Jon is Ned and Caitlyn's trueborn son, Robb's twin, and Sansa is his favorite due to their resemblance to their parents. This, of course, affects Arya and her loneliness is more prominent than in canon.
- The Stark's are yokai and can gain up to ten tails. Sansa only has one due to her determination to imitate her mother and all the other Starks are treated as gods by all the northern lords.
- Rickon becomes the king of Skagos.
- When there are no more Starks in Winterfell strange creatures break free from under it and they are bent on eradicating human life on Planetos.
- Sansa pushes Cersei out of a window.
- Dark Starks. Ned raises his children to see the world how it is and play the game.

The Targaryens win but Lyanna still dies giving birth to Jon. When the Starks come to King's Landing years later, Rheagar betroths Sansa to Viserys and Arya to Jon, who has his father's hair and mother's eyes. Both girls are not happy and hate Targaryens due to the war.
Southron Centric
- An OC Tyrell that is between Sansa and Arya's age whose personality is like Olenna's
- An orphan in King's Landing becomes the leader of a group of orphans who are desperately trying to survive. Soon their purpose and motto spread throughout Westeros.
- An OC family that is like the Addams of Westeros.
- A Tyrell bastard is with Arya when she escapes with the Night's Watch.
- Aegon the Conqueror and his sister wives come back after the dragons hatch.

- Naruto is reborn as Tyvan Lannister and is Tyrion's twin.

The northerners are all badass. Joffery falls in love with Sansa but she hates him. Myrcella fall in love with Arya who is her image of knight-in-shining-armor.
