Author note: I do not own Yugioh. Nor do I own Maximillion Pegasus or Cecilia.
I actually wrote this really short drabble fic about three years ago, before I got a fanfiction account, for the purpose of working on writing good description in fiction. I thought I would post it so that all of you readers will have the joy of reading it. :) I won't be writing much for the Yugioh fandom, because I'm not so crazy about it as I used to be, but you might see one or two from time to time-and hopefully, they will be a lot longer than this fic.
Warning: Possible spoilers for the anime/manga, drabblish oneshot-kind of plotless, implied PegasusxCecilia
Constructive Criticism would be great, and I hope you read, review and enjoy! Thanks!
The Painter
A thin brush slowly and carefully stroked the blank canvas, starting to give the canvas life. As the painter outlined the canvas, the only colour on the canvas was a pure black, as black as night.
As the painter started to fill the canvas, it was filled with many shades of the rainbow...at the end, the painter looked at his masterpiece with awe. In the painting, a lady with golden, blond hair was surrounded with beautiful, lush vegetation, and she wore a dress with every shade of blue that one could think of. She was barefoot, her skin having a lovely peach colour. Her light blue eyes and pure red lips seemed to smile. She wore a silver, heart-shaped pendant around her neck, and a deep purple ribbon was tied in a bow on her right wrist. The glowing orange and yellow of the sky illuminated the scene, making it seem like as if it were real.
The painter's dark brown eye contentedly looked at the painting as his thin lips curled into a small smile. His left hand went up to where his silver hair hid what should not be seen on his face in front of other people...and he sighed of relief.
If he couldn't see his lovely one yet, perhaps he will see her in the future...and then, they would be together forever.
