When Harry is with her, no one can tell him what to do. He doesn't have children yelling to him, a wife yelling at him. He isn't the Savior when he's with her.

She doesn't have to be perfect around him. She could let her hair down and not worry about Theo and her mother breathing down her neck about performing her duties as the wife of a respectable pureblood. She could be Daph and smile and laugh and lose her cold exterior.

and everything alright. Put your arms around me baby

Daphne leaned into his embrace, breathing in his scent. She could never get close enough to Theo to smell him, but he smelled like the epitome of a man. The crisp air outside hung on his cloak and the spice of his soap wrapped around her and held her there, drinking the moment in.

Her small hands rubbed his back as she kept him pressed against her. His nose dipped into the top of her delicate hairstyle and it almost made Harry smile. She always looked prim and proper, only to have her efforts messed up in a little.

show me how to move you

Harry sucked in a breath through his teeth. She smirked slightly against his neck before assaulting it with kisses again. She knew what worked on him, how to get his heart pounding, his eyes crossing, his blood moving.

Daphne digs her nails into his shoulder to keep from losing her mind. Only his fingers could elicit these sighs. Only his lips could bring such a moan out of her. Only his eyes could look at her and make her knees weak. Only his body could bring her to the edge, move her in ways no one ever could.

cause there's no worries there's no cares. Feel the sound that's everywhere

Daphne stared at the ceiling above them, absentmindedly twisting until her head rested against his chest. This was the moment in this entire ordeal where she was most at peace. Not caring about what she looked like, not worrying about the right thing to say. She never had to be nervous. All she had to be was her at the moment.

Harry looked down at the blonde lying against him. She looked the most beautiful like this. So carefree with her hair fanning out on his chest. The smile dancing across her lips was mirrored his as he listened to her breathing, feeling her turn her head to look at him and smile against the chorus of ticking clocks in the background.

We'll take what's ours for once and baby run like hell.

The moments were stolen and now they have to go. They don't exchange any words as they pull on their clothes and gather their things. No one can know about what happened so they give each other a careful once over, mending ripped clothes, brushing back hair and covering up the marks of their meeting. After the careful scrutiny they nod to each other, signaling that they'll see each other soon, and apparating away.
