"Well if you didn't work with him then how…" Ducky trailed off
"Ahh" The look on Ducky's face was priceless.
"Did you think I was a virgin?" asked Kate. Gibbs smirked
"Id hoped not." Replied Ducky before he got up off the couch leaving Gibbs and Kate alone.
Kate stretched her arm above her head while her other hand held down the bottom of her shirt. Gibbs continued to look at kate.
"you going to lecture me about sleeping with people you work with?" Gibbs looked dead into Kates eyes.
"Nope." Kate gave a slight nod in acknowledgement. Gibbs stood up and sat down beside Kate who was still laying on the couch..
After a moment Kate spoke up.
"He isn't even my type." Gibbs looked at Kate.
"Then why go out with him?" Kate slowly sat up and came face to face with Gibbs.
"Do you have any idea how hard it is for me to get a date?" Gibbs shook his head.
"I can see it would be hard with all the travel and…" Kate suddenly cut Gibbs off.
"It has nothing to do with my job or traveling." Gibbs was almost shocked at how defensive Kate was becoming.
"Then what's the problem? It can't be that men don't find you attractive…" Kate stood up and started to pace.
"You have got to be kidding me." Gibbs almost yelled. Kate walked over to the window.
"Men like blonde women or women with big breasts." Kate turned around which brought her face to face with Gibbs,
"Men just don't like me." Gibbs took a deep breath before responding.
"Well I don't see why they don't. I think you're perfect." Kate gave a tiny snort.
"You're kidding… right?" Gibbs shook his head.
"Gibbs, I…" Kate was interrupted by a voice in her ear. Gibbs watched as Kate conversed with the people in communications.
"I will be right there." Kate turned her attention back to Gibbs.
"I've got to go and take a call." Gibbs smiled. Kate turned and began to walk away when she felt Gibbs take hold of her arm. When Kate turned around Gibbs pulled her tight up against his body before pressing his lips against hers.
After a brief moment the broke apart. Kate looked at Gibbs, searching for an explanation.
"Perfect." Kate smiled before going to communications.
