You're not wearing any clothes even though the room is cold.
As you wait, you lean against the bedroom window. The one that is big enough to cover almost half the wall. You've got goose bumps all over your naked skin, and the cold glass makes you shiver. Even so you don't see the point in getting dressed. Not when you'd have to take it off anyway.
Waiting is boring, so after a while (when you're back feels like it has gone numb from the cold) you lean away from the window and start walking through the room. You grab a drink before you head to the perfectly made bed.
(for some reason you want to jump on it, tear the bed sheets apart. You guess you're not used to seeing something that isn't broken).
You don't sneak under the bed sheets and you don't rest your head against the pillow. You learnt a long time ago –at least it feels like a long time- that hiding doesn't help and it's never safe to rest anymore. So you sit on top of the bed and you keep waiting even if you don't want to.
To pass time you try to guess what kind of client it is this time. You know they are male, but that's pretty much it, there was no name mentioned during the phone call and even if there was you doubted you would recognize it. You wonder if it's fresh meat, an amateur. A person that is doing this kind of thing for the first time and who gets flustered and awkward. Or if it's the kind of person that has this for a hobby, who will be dominant and bossy and not at all embarrassed by claiming what they want. You prefer the first type; they are so much more amusing. Not that you care anyway because you've been doing this for a long time and nothing surprises you anymore. Nor scares you.
You are their precious toy, they would never break you.
