FASH: Just a short drabble because there's seriously a lack of Shin/Sena, it was the first pairing I actually could see happening in the series but there's not enough fandom of it.

Disclaimer: Don't own it.

A lot of things could change in a couple of weeks if you were Shin Seijuro. You could be told by your friends that the strange sensations you felt around someone who you thought of as your greatest rival meant that you had a crush on him. You could confess to the other boy boldly without fear in front of his entire team as you had wanted to tell him as soon as possible, even if that meant interrupting his practice. You could have your feelings accepted and reciprocated.

You could even have your world turned upside-down in an unexpected but pleasant way.

It was strange how much the younger boy had him tied around his finger now that they were together, not that Sena seemed to realize this. Shin wasn't used to bending to other people's will unless it was for his coach or for the good of the team, so it was amazing how little Sena had to do in order to make Shin want to do everything he could for the younger boy. Like today: he'd had a long afternoon of training planned when Sena came to his door carrying a whicker basket, claiming it was the perfect weather for a picnic and proudly showing Shin the nutritional meal he'd packed for the two of them.

Before he knew it he was sitting beside Sena on a grassy hill, training not completely forgotten but shoved to the darkest depths of his mind as he assured himself he could just make up for it tomorrow. Because really, he could train anytime he wanted, but the quite moments he'd share with Sena away from the prying eyes of their teammates were the moments he treasured above everything else.
