Hi guys! What's up! Welcome to my next The Penguins of Madagascar story (Title is super lame and in a way misleading) The Great Lunacorn Adventure!
It was what seemed like another regular day for the penguins. They had just finished their morning training and Skipper was giving them a one hour break to do whatever they desire. Kowalski was in his lab, Rico was with his doll girlfriend, Skipper drinking his fish coffee and Private watching TV. Nobody could have even imagined what this week had in store for them and how one simple commercial was going to change everything.
"Now, before we show you the suspense filled season finale of luncacorns season three, we have an important announcement. Season four will only have five episodes!" the television blared.
"Yay!" Private exclaimed, not fully taking in what thins meant. "Wait WHAT!" he said, realising that this was wrong. The official lunacorn guidebook said on page fifty-seven that each lunacorn season must be between 20-30 episodes long! Violating your own rules was not something the lunacorns usually taught.
"Now before you shout at our screens telling us this is not allowed." The commercial seemed to have made the correct prediction since this is exactly what Private was currently doing. "This is because the main voice actress of princess Self-Respectra, Katherin Armanda is retiring! And as we all know, the series wouldn't be the same without her!" the commercial continued.
"What! Katherin Armanda, the most well know lunacorn actress, is retiring! What are they going to do?" Private asked, clearly extremely worried.
"I hope they end the series." Skipper whispered to Rico, who nodded in agreement.
"So we are sad to say that the lunacorns series is coming to an end!" the commercial announced. Private's eyes widened and it looked like it was going to take a long time for the truth to sink in.
"Don't miss the last five episodes of your favourite series! In which the lunacorns will be learning many new lessons and facing their fears! Go to for more information!" the screen went black and the lunacorns the theme song began to play.
"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!" Private screamed.
"What in Newton's impossible physics theory is going on?" Kowalski questioned, coming out of the lab with a scowl on his face. "I can't concentrate!" he shouted. Skipper and Rico both pointed to Private, who was now rocking on the floor, sucking his flipper. "Private's stupid unicorn TV series is ending." Skipper answered, when Kowalski was still staring at them with a puzzled look on his face,
"Oh, well this isn't worth my time." Kowalski said and tried to go back to his lab.
"No! Kowalski, you have to help me, isn't there any science thing you could do to stop the lunacorns from ending." Private pleaded.
"Well, not with science, but if you really want to get back your series, remember what we did when the peanut butter winkies factory stopped making peanut butter winkies?" Kowalski said, hoping Private would remember that unpleasant escapade.
"Oh, that time when we went to the peanut butter winkie factory and Rico thought you were a marshmallow meow meow, oh yeah, he swallowed you whole didn't he?" Private asked.
Kowalski shuddered, not wanting to reminisce that disgusting moment. "Yes," he said, with a hint of embarrassment in his voice. Private still seemed confused. "Ughh, I'm saying we should go to the lunacorn production studio and stop them-." Kowalski was cut off by Skipper.
"Woah woah woah! What are you suggesting soldier? I am not going to that... that company! It's bad enough having to experience this whole lunacorn TV show, imagine the torture of going to where it's made! No way!" Skipper shouted.
"Oh come on Skipper, we haven't gone on any crazy adventures at all for about a month and a half now, it's a record!" Kowalski said.
"No, actually the record was... Rico!" Skipper commanded. Rico regurgitated a tape.
"Nine month!" Rico grunted. Private, Kowalski and surprisingly even Rico (Just like Kowalski, he was bored) made their puppy eyes at Skipper and after a minute of intense staring, he gave in. "Fine!" he said. The others all cheered but Skipper asked one question that stumped them all. "Where is this place anyway?" he asked. All heads turned to Private.
"Well, I don't exactly know-." Private started, he didn't get to finish though.
"I do!" Julien said, him, Maurice and Mort appeared behind them.
"When did you-," Skipper said, but was cut off just like Private.
"It is in this Lon-bony place in Engsand." Julien said. Everyone was puzzled, well everyone but Private."You mean London, in England, right?" the young penguin asked.
"Well, yes, isn't it obvious?" Julien said.
"Wait a second, England, as in England, as in Europe England, as in that UK England as in-," Skipper was cut off, this time by Private.
"Do you have a problem with the English, Skipper?" Private asked innocently.
"No, no umm... no," Skipper answered nervously.
"Wait a second, how do you know Julien, you're not a devoted lunacorn fan, are you?" Kowalski asked, warily.
"Well I do tap in to see a few episodies now and den, I mean, no! No! Never! But a King must know everything, am I not right? Julien answered nervously.
"You are always right, King Julien!"Mort said, jumping on to his 'king's' feet and getting harshly kicked away.
"Wait a second, do you know when the last lunacorn episode will premier, because if my calculations are correct, if we arrive at England, after its premier, our chances of stopping the lunacorns' fate are pretty slim." Kowalski said.
"Oooh, a race against time, I like it," Skipper said. "Rico, ready the submarine, we're going to, dramatic pause, okay that's getting old very quick, England," he said, with a smirk on his face.
They all knew one thing for sure; this was going to be one heck of an adventure.
Hi guys! Sorry for the short chapter, I just thought it would be cool to end it there, see ya later!
