Doing Something You Don't Want To Do
Doing something you don't want to do is the hardest thing Ino Yamanaka, Shikamaru Nara and Choji Akimichi ever did. They had to fight their old sensei Asuma who had been reincarnated by Kabuto Yakushi. The reincarnated Asuma told Ino, Shikamaru and Choji to attack him with all they had. In the end they defeated him even though their emotions for their dead sensi got in the way. They don't come to the Konoha memorial where all the honorable ninja's that died in battle often. But when they do they let all their emotions out and tell him everything that has happened all week, year, and/or all month to him. Shikamaru even tells him about his son since he promised to be in his son's life so he wouldn't grow up without a father figure in his life.
