My theory about who Savitar is Ronald Raymond because in latest episode (3x19) in the end you can see the armor is opening and i think its him because who else would killer frost (caitlin snow) work with if not with Ronald Raymond a.k.a Fire Storm and it explains why he wants revenge on Flash because he took Caitlin away from him and now he seeks revenge
