A/N: This is wretched but I'm through messing with it. I have rewritten the last line a zillion times and I'm not happy with this one but it's time to stop.

The island had always been his home, but now so was this house. No longer did he enter the door with a sense of dread, worrying that he would only see pain and sorrow in these walls. Instead, he finds a small girl and a grown man with so much love to give him he sometimes aches with it. He finds the family he's been searching for since he was first sent away from the island. Most surprising of all, he finds a sense of peace he never knew he'd been missing. This house that was once dark and sad is now the home that only holds joy and love.
