This is really a last resort for me and one that I find distasteful.
This is also a lesson for anyone thinking about going for the
enhanced services Fanfiction.net offers.
On March 13th I paid $15.00 for the enhanced services package. I've never gotten them. This despite five emails requesting some help on the matter. The only conclusion I can come to is that since Fanfiction.net has my puny $15.00, they feel free to ignore me.
It's not the money at this point, it's principal. Fanfiction.net has acquired a reputation for being somewhat. unreliable. I can understand that running a venture this large must entail logistical and software problems I can't begin to comprehend. What I can't understand is the utter lack of respect shown to people who pay and help support this system!
Will this notice finally get the attention of those running this site? Yes but most likely only to delete this notice as fast as possible. All I want are the services I bloody well paid for!
But I guess that's too much to ask.
