Zoe drake's point of view.

I looked in a store window was fourteen in a yellow coat pink scar my hair down a yellow skirt black stockings and green boats, my long down hair flowing in the windy night air. I sighed as I came to a cafe and looked in at happy couples.. One of those couples should be me and him.

I saw as I remember it like it was yesterday a year after Rex left, Max worked up the courage to ask me out, a year later we were suppose to meet here for are Anniversary but then it happened.

one year ago

I was walking down stairs of leaving my room putting in green ear rings to go with her green dress when my Mother walked up to me in tears, "Mom what's wrong?" she asked.

pulled me in to a hug crying, "I can't believe I have to say this! Honey your boyfriend is probably dead!"

I's eyes widen as I asked , "Wait what!?" I was then pulling into the leaving room by mom, I was hoping there was a sick joke but on the tv the Taylor house was on the news, there living room, was being shown I gasped and turned green and covered my mouth blood everywhere!

The news reporter said, "This house in this neighborhood turned into a nightmare within are two dead bodies! Only thing found where a pair of bloody footsteps leading away form the place!"

as the reporter point to the footprints my eyes widen. I teared up and ran off. I ran all the way to where we would have meet up a block away there was cops and blood I ran closer and noticed where the foot prints stopped there was a puddle of blood on a stone wall.

I cried and fell to my knees."

Returning to the present I teared up again, "I don't know if he was chased of if he was still trying to make it to see me." The killer got away and the search for him was called off soon, no clues no max.

and yet I can't help but walk back here hoping to see him again, "yeah he'll appear just fine in front of this place! like that'll happen!"

my eyes then widen as I heard someone say "As you wish it!" I turned around gasping and crying as I saw a face I knew, "Max!"

he was there skin pale and white eyes red hair black and trimmed but still spiky, he was in a red shirt black jacket black jeans and black boats his nails looked kind of long and odd I was shaking as I asked, "is this a dream?"

I saw him saw as he leaned against the window making my eyes widen he had no reflection I looked to my reflection then to his lax of one.

he then looked at me sadly and said, "Zoe let me explain!" he held his hands out, "I was attacked! Amy she was the bat that bite me!" he point to holes in his neck as he said, "She killed my family In rage turns out she was stalking you and didn't like the idea of me and you having an anniversary."

I backed away thinking about how Amy vanished when I told her me and max started dating I was shaking and shivering as I remembered her strange broken look as I backed away slowly.

Max was in tears, "she bite me planning to keep me locked up forever. Like anyone else you dated that wasn't her! She was in sane!" he rolled up his sleeve to show a massive scare around his wrist, " This is the scare I got form trying to brake my shackles for a year till they finally snapped and I could escape! I want to see you again please don't be scared!"

I was shaking as I remembered his words, "What do you mean was?" I was crying as he looked me right in the eye and said, " I was locked up for a year I was so thirsty…" he teared up as he said, "you won't' like the answer."

My eyes widen as I said, "you you.. took what she took form here what she took form your parents." He nodded as I reached for me and I turned and ran to leave scared.

My best friend was insane! And made my boyfriend into a killer!" I ran home and locked the door behind me I was all alone everyone was gone!"

I fell down to hold my legs knees as I sat on the floor back to the door crying, "well zoe girl you got your wish."

Point of view change to third.

From the other side of the door Max's voice came, it sounded like he was crying and in pain "Zoe Please I won't hurt you just let me in so we can talk please you're the only thing that kept me going! I want to see you again! Please please just open up! Let me hold you again, even if it's the last time!"

Zoe's eyes widen and said, "Wait what!"

Max on the other side was in tears putting a hand on the door, "I don't' want to live with out you! I'm not really living right now. I need you! I've lost everything else my family my dreams sun light all I have left is you! and I don't want inflict this curse. Please let me hold you at least till sun rise so I can rest in peace."

On her end Zoe was shivering and said, "No no! I've seen the movies I open that door you're going to bite!" She held her neck crying in tears trying to pretend it wasn't max outside out of fear.

Max was crying, "So I see, I guess I won't have to wait till sun set!" He then grabbed a wooden hand rail, " wooden hand rail!"

From her end Zoe's eyes widen when she heard wood snapping "he won't!" her face then turned green with horror when she heard a yell and what sound like wooden being shoved through flesh and bone!

She screamed and opened the door only to be pulled out side the door slammed closed by her body being pushed against it and her eyes widen. There was max smiling showing his fangs tears falling form his red eyes.

Blood gushing form a whole in his left shoulder making his left arm hand there his own blood dripping down it.

Zoe covered her neck and stared at the hole as Max moved his head closer to her and breathed his icy breath upon her face as he whispered, "Looks like I out smarted you darling."

Zoe's eyes widen as she looked at him and said, "well now.. never thought I would hear you saying that."

He smirked the hole in his shoulder visible closing, till it was gone as he slowly cupped her chin with his hand and closed his eyes and just kissed her.

the scared girls eyes widen as she slowly closed them.

Zoe's point of view.

the kiss sweet loving and gentle and makes me want to melt.. it is him.. I slowly returned the kiss crying trying to forget about the vampire part as I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist.

I cried as I tired to push him back I need air! .. he then broke the kiss leaving me panting and red as I looked at him, past the red eyes, still my Max. I teared up as he held me my hands going to my neck.

he was kissing my head and crying as he held me, whispering how much he missed me and how much he loves me and doesn't want to live with out me.

I closed my eyes and buried my head into his chest in tears never thought I would, he was petting my hair I could feel those claws running through my hair as he kissed my head.

I was crying after a year I was back in his arms.. I remembered his words about sun rise and the sadness in his voice as he kept saying he didn't want to live with out me.. and he couldn't live in day light.. we were form two different worlds now.

I cried as I whispered, " bite me!" I removed my hands form my neck as he gasped in show and asked, "wait what?"

I cried as I looked at him, "I don't want to lose you again please just bite me."

he cupped my chin making me looked him in the eye as he said, "Do you know what you'll be giving up?"

I put a hand on his face and said, "and do you know what I'll lose if I don't!" I put my head on the back of hid head and moved my neck to the side and pulled his head down so I was in my neck I shivered as his cold breath and field tears run down his face on to my neck they where so icy it make me shiver.

I heard him whisper into my ear, "I'm sorry Mrs. Taylor!" I then screamed as I felt a sharp bite in my neck and buried my head into his chest to cry as I whispered, "it hurts!"

I felt his tears landing on my neck as I started to black out as I passed out the last thing I heard was "I'm so sorry Zoe know I'll love you forever!" with that I was out.

return to third person point of view.

Max picked Zoe up bridal style and carried her away into the night..

no one would see either again.. well no won't saw them again for a very very long time!"

In the future Rex was walking down the street when he looked across the street his eyes widen there was Max and Zoe holding hands dressed like they where on that fateful night, Zoe smiled a fang filled smile.

Rex shock his head and rubbed his eyes and when he opened them they where gone "I most be seeing things!" he then looked down and gasp there was now a note in his hand and he looked at it, was written on a picture of him max and zoe together.

he cried as he read it, "You wished to see us again will wish granted old friend. Till pairs and chomp we said hi."
