Reno is standing on the roof of the Shinra building – he has just dropped a few water balloons on several pedestrians below.
Reno: *glancing at ground * Hmm . . . *holding two water balloons – one is bigger than the other*
-on ground outside building-
Rufus Shinra: *steps outside leaning on metal cane
Tseng: *holds door open*Sir, I really must insist that you use the wheelchair
Rufus: *shakes head* The wheelchair is more hazardous to my health than walking, Tseng. I don't understand why Reno likes to give me mini-heart attacks when I'm sitting in that thing.
Tseng: *sighs*Reason why Reno's prohibited from doing that anymore
Rufus: *nods* He'd better be
- on roof-
Reno: *notices Tseng and Rufus* *evil smile crosses face* . . . Heh-heh . . . *drops small balloon and ducks out of site* Bombs away . . .
-on ground-
Tseng: *is hit with small water balloon*
Rufus: *raised eyebrow* What was that ?
-back to roof-
Reno: *peers over edge* . . . Damn, I missed . . . *holds water balloon over Rufus' head and lets go* Take two . . .
-on ground-
*Rufus is hit with large water balloon*
Tseng: Sir ?
Rufus: *not amused*
Tseng: *pulls out phone and dials a number* I have a feeling who's behind this . . .
-on roof-
Reno: *glances over edge grinning* Mission accomplished . . . *jacket pocket starts to vibrate* Hmm? What now? *pulls out phone* . . . *knows he's been caught before he answers* Shit . . . hello ?
-on ground-
Tseng: *crossly* Reno, can you come in for a small meeting ??
-on roof-
Reno: *gulps but sounds very confident* Sure . . . *clicks phone shut*
