"When I die, Hellsing comes to an end. The Family and the organization both, I will fall upon Pennwood and his ilk to carry the torch as part of a state run government agency. Hereditary Leadership has run its course." -Sir Integra Fairbrook Windgates Hellsing once said.
And now those words have come to fruition as Sir Integra now lies on her death bed as her Father once had in the very same room. Awaiting the final breath, the one moment till her time ends. The moon was full that night, blood red as well. And for the fate of Hellsing's Family Pet, The Vampire Alucard, Integra hides regret from what she is about to do.
"Well my Count, this it, my last moments of life." She said
"Yes it seems so my master, But May I ask why? Why not let me drink from you? Then the Hellsing Family would be immortal and stand for another 1,000 years." The Vampire said.
"No, I want to die a proper death, there is one last order I have for you." Integra said
"What is your order?" Alucard replied
"I set you free to do as you wish" She said
"But now of this my servant, you are wise enough not to use your power on the mortals, and so help me if you do I will haunt you for eternity." She said coughing
"I wouldn't dare" Alucard said with his grin
"I'm serious vampire, please behave yourself when I leave this world, please do that for me Alucard." Integra said as her last wish
"Yes Integra." Alucard said
"Thank you" She said weakly
"Knowing this I can rest in peace, good-bye…" She said as she closed her eyes as the heart monitor flat lined as Alucard turned it off.
Alucard walked down to his room in the sub-basement to ponder what he would do next now that he was a free man. But he couldn't help but actually feel a tinge of sadness at the thought of Integra dying. He sat his on his throne with only him and his thoughts.
"Everything is so dull now. The Organization is finished. I should just slumber for another 100 years." He thought
"Yes that's right fall asleep" said a voice as its owner snapped its fingers making a portal open up at Alucard's feet.
"WHAT!?" Alucard exclaimed as he was sucked in unknown of where he would appear.
AUTHORS NOTE: Well Alucard might have a new job now that Hellsing is done. Now that I'm typing this I'm going to re-do the first Chapter I've already written so get ready for it sometime this weekend.
