PROLOG
~(o)_(o)~ Jump City Maximum Security Special Persons Jail, Mental Ward ~(o)_(o)~
My name is Anna and I have done terrible things.
I killed everyone who loved me, and destroyed everything that ever mattered.
My name is Anna and I deserve to die.
Robin looked over the laminated note that the police officer had handed him. Raven who was reading over his shoulder exchanged a look with him and nodded to the police officer. The man opened the door but blocks them from entering with his arm,
"As long as she stays calm the medication will keep her sedated but when she gets upset were not sure why but the medication just disappears"
Robin nods and the officer moves his arm to let them through.
Clothed in a hospital gown a girl sits huddled in a corner her back to the door. The only thing the two titans can really see of her is a mass of snow white hair.
"Anna?"
The girl stiffens and a whimpering sound comes from her.
"Anna my name is Robin and this is Raven we want to talk to you is that ok?"
The girl doesn't answer and Robin and Raven exchange a look. Raven steps forward and places both hands on the girls head, within moments her astro form is transported into the girls mind.
Raven looks around but there's not much to see, the landscape is baron, no trees rocks or people. The only thing she can see for miles around is a house.
Raven glides towards the house and the closer she gets the more apparent it becomes that something is wrong. By the time she makes it to the door the house is on fire.
Raven pushes through the door and in what would be the living room Anna is kneeling surrounded by three dead bodies. She looks up and upon seeing Raven begins to scream. Raven is thrown out of the girls mind and away from her body.
Back in the real world Anna stands and her body ignites in flames.
"NO NO NO NO NO NO!"
She screams at the titans and the flames seem to grow bigger.
Robin and Raven are forced back by the sheer heat of the flames. The bed catches fire as she walks by it and towards the two titans
"WHY WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS TO ME WHY?"
Before they can answer two doctors in heat retardant suits surge into the room. One stuns her by spraying her with a fire extinguisher, the other gets close enough to stick a needle into Anna's arm.
She crumples to the ground and one of the doctors puts a blanket over her while the other one removes his mask to talk to the two titans.
"I'm sorry about that, you won't be able to talk to her again today, the amount of drugs we have to give her when she gets like this would kill a normal human being… hell to be honest it would kill a full grown elephant, she won't be waking up any time soon.
