A/N: This is the first of a series of
song parodies inspired by PotC, written by my best friend and me. The
original for this song is the English/Irish folk song "Madam, I'm a
Darling", also known under the title "Chester City". "Cull" or "cully"
is the 18th century equivalent of today's "guy"; as you've probably
guessed we got the idea from the scene where Ragetti and Pintel are
wearing dresses in the first one...
Madam, You're Disgusting
As I
walked out through old Port Royal,
In the
dark hour late at night,
Whom
should I see but a nice young lady
Turning to
bones in the clear blue light.
Madam,
you're disgusting,
A di do
diddy do,
Madam,
you're disgusting,
A di do
day.
First she
showed a fleshless shinbone,
Then she
showed a bony hip,
And then
she dropped her parasol
And I
could see each single rib.
I tried to
run in utter panic,
And from
this horrid creature flee,
She fell
under, I fell over,
She lost
her eye and cracked her knee.
O Madam, I
won't tie your garter,
And Madam,
I won't touch your knee,
I'll
leave you here and run away further,
Because I
have no liking for thee!
Madam, you
have a strange bone structure,
Madam, you
have a very thick skull
Madam, you
have a rather small pelvis,
Madam, I
think you're really a cull!
