"Get out wich!" Students screamed at Pyri throwing stones at her. She held up her hands in defense trying to keep them from hitting her.

'You don't deserve to live," A different student cried out.

The stones continued to hit her pounding her body with hit after hit. She didn't know what hurt worse though. The words or the stones that came with them.

Sometimes in our lives

We all have pain, we all have sorrow.

But if we are wise,

We know that there's always tomorrow.

Pyri continued to hold her hands over her face defending her pale frame. Why were people trying to kill her? It's not like she had done anything terrible, She had just made a mistake. So why were they trying to kill her?

"PYRI!" She looked up to see Kuro running to her with open arms a look of fear in his eyes as he looked on his girlfriend.

Lean on me when you're not strong

I'll be your friend, I'll help you carry on

For it won't be long

'Til I'm gonna need somebody to lean on.

"Kuro?" Pyri asked as he tackle hugged her. He wasn't scared? He wasn't scared of the monster they called her. He wasn't scared of her? Why? Wasn't he scared if he got to close he would be hated to? He would be attacked like her if he got to close, hurt just by being associated to her.

Please swallow your pride

If I have things you need to borrow

For no one can fill those of your needs

That you won't let show.

Pyri wanted to push him away but couldn't she just couldn't. "I can always offer a shoulder to cry on," He whispered to her as they hugged. "You just have to ask," He brought her closer to him and allowed her tears to fall on his shoulder soaking it.

You just call on me, brother, when you need a hand

We all need somebody to lean on.

I just might have a problem that you'll understand,

We all need somebody to lean on.

As they embraced Pyri felt something that she hadn't for a long long time. Love. Love that was never ending and never forgetting. Love that only one can truly understand. The love that was unconditional. That you never had to worry about leaving you. That kind of love.

Lean on me when you're not strong

And I'll be your friend I'll help you carry on

For it won't be long

'Til I'm gonna need somebody to lean on

"You never have to be alone, Neither of us ever have to be alone," Kuro whispered to Pyri as they continued hugging each other, feeling the warmth of the other ones heart beat against their chest. They were both alive. That's all that mattered.

You just call on me, brother, when you need a hand

We all need somebody to lean on.

I just might have a problem that you'll understand,

We all need somebody to lean on.

"I love you," Kuro told Pyri. No matter what he would always love her. No matter if it was her fault or the others person. He would always love her.

"Even if I'm a monster?" Pyri asked him her tears still staining her face as she looked at him. "Even if I'm a witch?"

If there is a load

You have to bear

That you can't carry

I'm right up the road

I'll share your load

If you just call me.

"I love you too," Pyri replied wiping away the tears. As she held onto him.

"I will always be with you," Kuro said as he began to disappear into the white.

"COME BACK!" Pyri screamed as she was left alone. "Come back," She whispered to herself as she began to cry alone in the world.

Call me if you need a friend

"KURO," Pyri screamed jolting upwards from her dream as she looked at the empty spot in her bed.

"Liar," She whispered to herself as she looked at a picture on the other end of the room with her and Kuro together in it.

"LIAR," She screamed throwing a pillow at the happy picture. It fell to the ground the frame breaking but she could still see the picture on the inside.

"Liar," Pyri continued to look down at her hands. She was alone once more in the world.
