After the last Glee Club reunion of the year, Puck was walking through the halls. He could hear something coming from the auditorium. A voice. A song. He wanted to know who was singing. Maybe it was Berry or Kurt, with his girl voice, but when he got closer, he realized: it was Quinn.

The blonde girl was standing in the middle of the stage, randomly singing while she packed her stuff. He stumbled into a chair. She heard it. "Hello? Is there someone here?", she said calmly.

He realized her voice was weak. She'd been crying, he could notice. Puck tried to make a sound, but his voice just wouldn't come out. So, he got closer. "It's just me, Quinn." He said, walking to the stage.

"Oh, hi, Puckerman. You scared me. May I help you with something?" she said. Although, she was lost in her thoughts, she could feel him approaching. Her heart was racing, which it was weird since she couldn't care less about him. Or she just couldn't admit she had feelings for him, 'cause it'd hurt too much. "Nope. I'm good." He said, watching her getting angry over the answer he gave her. "I think we need to talk, Q. What are we doing?"

She looked at him, nervous. She avoided him a whole year, she actually never thought he would talk to her again. "We? I know what this is about, Puck. I'm sorry, but I just can't." she said and then she left. Left him standing there like a fool and ran away.

He went home and watched the rest of the afternoon go by. He thought about Lauren. Pizes was over since New York, because Puck cheated on her with a cougar and she was really pissed, so he was avoiding her. At the glee club meeting, she said "hi" like everything was okay. Maybe it was, but he wouldn't take the risk and ask her. He looked at the clock: 7pm.

Someone knocked on the door. He yelled "it's open". A blonde girl appeared, sobbing. He was shocked. Quinn Fabray was so vulnerable in that moment and he couldn't find a thing to say to her. "Walk with me, please?" she asked. He grabbed his coat and they went for a walk.

"I'm so sorry, Puck. For leaving you talking to yourself at the auditorium. For pushing you away. For not talking to you this year. I just needed sometime." She knew that was what he wanted to talk about. It was clear. She stopped walking and just stood there, looking in his eyes. He just nodded. "I thought this was what you wanted to talk about. I screwed up, ok? I was so scared, terrified. I thought that not letting you in would be easier and I'd be okay after a while. But I'm not. I miss her and I miss you. I miss you so much." She was crying now, trying to get him to say something.

He ran his hand through his Mohawk. It was all too sentimental for him. "Why did you come, Quinn? I guess I knew all of that, but why did you run from me all this time? Why are you here? What do you want from me?" he spilled out. This was in his mind the whole year. He said he loved her, but she didn't say she loved him back. "I just want you, Puck."

They were so close, only inches away. He put his hand on her hips and pulled her closer and kissed her. It was so passionate. "I've been waiting to do this since last summer." He said and kissed her again. Over and over again. "Can I walk you home?" he asked, she said yes.

They got to her home pretty fast. They walked to the porch and kissed. Her mom turned the lights on and off, and she headed to the door. "Quinn, wait. I'm sorry I gave up on you so easily. But, all this time, did you love me?" he asked nicely and hopeful. She smiled. "Yes. Especially now."
